| The launch of the new Rainbow Bingo Club at the Rainbow Hotel, Torquay was attended by 6 times world champion snooker player Ray Readon.mbe Swapping Snooker balls for Bingo Balls, Ray entered the spirit by calling out the numbers for the first game! The opening party invited local residents to a fun afternoon, with buffet, wine, and free games of bingo! Several hundred £££’s were won during the course of the afternoon by lucky winners, and everybody received a bottle of bubbly to take away. The Bingo Club is now open every Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday afternoons, from 1 pm, with eyes down at 2.pm. The Free membership also entitles Bingo lovers to play every evening in the “Club Rainbow” within the Rainbow Hotel. Live cabaret entertainment follows the Bingo sessions every night in the club, with licensed bar and dancing.
